We hire the above items for use by guest including Beach Towels for pool use and reef trips.

Linen is provided along with a starter pack of consumables such as soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, tea,, coffee sugar and milk. This is a complimentary starter pack and if you are staying for a longer period you need to purchase your own consumables.

Does Southern Cross Atrium Apartments have a restaurant? 2018-04-25T08:05:01+10:00

There is only a breakfast facility, which is available from 7.00am until 10.00am. The breakfasts offered are Tropical Breakfasts or a Full Breakfast, which includes a cooked breakfast with the Tropical Breakfast.

Do you offer luggage storage if I arrive early or leave after the normal check out time? 2018-04-25T08:06:04+10:00

We have a limited storage facility and staff are happy to store luggage for short periods. We do not have storage facilities for items long term.

The Apartments are non-serviced. Most of the apartments have their own laundry and the studio has access to a coin laundry. We have supplied the apartments with extra towels all extra’s can be obtained from Reception however items are not free. If you are staying 7 days plus your linen will be changed mid stay. However if you are on a discounted long stay rate these do not include cleaning.

What do I do if I am arriving after Reception has closed at 7.00pm? 2015-09-25T06:51:31+10:00

The Apartments cater for after hour arrivals. There is a Night Manager on site 24/7. Simply request that your Taxi/Shuttle drive up to the security gates. They will automatically open. At the entrance to the Reception there is a phone on the wall. If you pick that up the Night Manager will come over with Keys and instructions for you to access your unit.

Do the Apartments have lifts? 2015-09-25T06:50:59+10:00

The Apartments have ground floor, first and second floor and have steps only. The only units located on the ground floor are One Bedroom Deluxe, Two Bedroom Deluxe and Studio. It is necessary to speak to reception and request a ground floor unit if you have a disability. Ground floor units aren’t always guaranteed, as there are a limited number of units.

Does Southern Cross Atrium Apartments offer free guest transfers from the airport? 2015-09-25T06:50:21+10:00

The transfers can be arranged on behalf of guests through a shuttle service however they aren’t provided by Southern Cross Atrium free of charge. There is also a Taxi service available from the airport. Please discuss with reception if you require information.
